Great authentic German food. All home made and fresh to order. My whole family loves this place.

Normally a breakfast and lunch place but during the Candlelight Christmas Home Tour in mid-December, they open for dinner. The menu is simple: 1) brat, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, 2) ruben sandwich and potato salad, or 3) waffle. Can't go wrong with 1 or 2 (did not see anyone eating a waffle.)

Awesome little shop! The food is great and their potato salad is the best I've had! Friendly peopke too! If you're looking for authentic German food, this isn't necessarily the place. They have breakfast and lunch only. Brats, sandwiches, burgers!

If you're looking for fast food, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for good food, you're headed in the right direction. The menu is simple. The food is great. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not too over bearing. The potato salad is the best I've ever had, and that's just one of the side dishes. The wait is less than a typical dine in restaurant, but not like going through the drive through at whatever national chain you happen to be passing. This little gem is slightly out of the way in a quiet little town, with all the charms of small town hospitality. It's well worth the extra 5 minutes to get there. While you're there, take a stroll or a slow drive through town, it's incredible. Oh, and I must tell you, the prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favor, go there for lunch or breakfast sometime soon, you won't regret it.

Great food in a beautiful historic town. There is something about their Rueben sandwich that makes it so good. Also don’t miss out on the carrot cake.

I Have been coming here for 4 years twice a year now.Im so comfortable with in the walls of this establishment. And the food is out of the park in the taste area. Enjoy!

Best potato salad and carrot cake I've ever had. Seriously. Everything else was great too. I would come back to eat here anytime. This place used to be "John's Candy Store" for many years (60s and 70s) and a soda fountain before that. Happy to see the building is thriving as a successful restaurant nowadays.

This little secret attraction is the only restaurant to have successfully made it in our little Hometown. Not only is it loved by the locals, but it brings people in from all over the country. Including famous rock bands who have found their way to the authentic German food and amazing friendly style served up here in Spring City Utah.

Worth the drive. Worth the time. Worth the cash.This is a burger joint like a country burger joint should be. No better burger in the whole of Sanpete County. Also, I dig their gravy.Been here a few times. Happy every time.

There is something magical about this place. Odd hours only attract me more, not sure why that is. Food is fabulous and atmosphere is superb. One of my favorite breakfast places. Off the beaten path, you must try it out!

I had my wedding luncheon here. The food is fantastic and the carrot cake is to die for. We've told them they need a food truck in Provo.

We had a large party (11), 5 of which were children. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with moving tables quickly for the group. Food was served quickly and orders were accurate...not to mention delicious. One of the best Brats I've ever had. We will go back. Fantastic!

Authentic Food that has an amazing taste. Great desserts. The Rubin is to die for.

Took a while to serve the food but well worth the wait. We have to learn to slow down and notice the little things in life. The Carrot cake was awesome also. Good people. Will try and come again next time I'm in this quaint little town

Fun and quaint place. Gem tucked into a tiny haven. I recommend the Brie Cheese Kraut burger. Breakfast looked amazing too. Open 7-3.

My only critique is that the menu is limited. But what they do, they do better than well. The pancakes were awesome and my omlette was fresh and delicious. They were also very accommodating when I arrived later than my party and ordered late.

The best cafe in the area, these sisters really know what they are doing. Darling atmosphere although its tiny so it's not always easy to get in and get a table. Food is fresh, fantastic taste and prices are reasonable. Don't forget a slice of the best carrot cake around!

Super good German/American food. It took some time to get the food out to us, but otherwise delicious! I liked their house made 1000 island dressing that complimented the Reuben sandwich. Not your typical dressing

BEST CARROT CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD! Small quaint cafe, very small home town feel, and welcoming. Amazing food! Service was great! From the Provo are, but definitely worth a road trip for this place.
